In season 2010-2011, we had over 50 members and would like to continue the support of our kids, coaches and community. The Falcon Touchdown Club is committed to offer our time, talent and treasure for the support of the entire West Catholic Football program.
Since we were established in 2004, we have raised over $70,000 and have returned all of it through donating of football equipment, weight room equipment, food for camps, players/students bus trips and lodging for playoffs, awards, scholarships, lunches, state of the art filming equipment, Falcon stadium maintenance and clean up, new goal posts, community service, father and son retreats, camps, alumni dinners and youth pizzas, speed and agility and weight room training, apparel, cash auction major prize donor, Falcon sports website, and many other miscellaneous services either directly or indirectly.
The money that the Touchdown Club raises tremendously helps out all sports at West Catholic by allowing the Boosters Club to distribute their funding to all of the other sports without having to help out football as much. The Touchdown Club has helped to make our athletics program at West Catholic remain a “No Pay to Play” facility.
In season 2010-2011 our major project was purchasing the latest wireless headset equipment so all coaches on the field and press box can communicate with each other simultaneously.
This upcoming season, our wants and needs consist of many items still on coaches wish list. One is to finish the new locker rooms so all student athletes can enjoy.
