Boys Swim & Dive Season Starts Today!

We will be practicing 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the Visser YMCA in Grandville.  Directions from West Catholic can be found here.  All interested athletes should bring a swim suit, goggles, and a water bottle. This week we will practice Monday – Wednesday ONLY.  Thursday & Friday is off. See you all at the pool!

Boys Swimming Conference Meet this Weekend

Come support our Falcons at the OK Rainbow Swim/Dive Conference Meet this Friday and Saturday!  Racing will start at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at the Hastings Aquatic Center. Click here to view Friday’s psych sheet.

Swim Team Beats Muskegon-Mona Shores

Congratulations to our swim team on their victory last night.  Out of 12 events, we ended up winning 8 and beat Muskegon Mona-Shores Co-Op by one point (64 to 63).  Individual event winners are listed below: 200 Individual Medley: Danny Brechting 2:42.83 50 Freestyle: Alex Richmond 25.87 100 Freestyle: Ian Chesla 1:00.81 500 Freestyle: Alex Richmond 5:52.42 100 Backstroke: Cy Benson 1:08.75

Boy’s Swim Season Start

The boy’s swim season begins Monday, November 21st.  The first practice will take place from 3:30pm to 5:30pm at the GRCC Ford Fieldhouse.  Anyone interested in joining should bring the following: Swim suit & towel Goggles Water bottle No competitive swimming experience required – we are happy to teach you!  Parents, feel free to join us

Richmond Pool Practice

Important Swim Meeting on 6/10

There will be an important meeting for all athletes, both boys and girls, who are interested in participating in the SWIM program next school year, on Wednesday, June 10 at 6:00 PM in the WC Team Room.  Parents are strongly encouraged to attend as well.  Introduction of both the boys and girls coaches will take place

Boy’s Swim Information

Boy’s Swim Season is scheduled to start Monday, November 24, any prospective/ interested students are encouraged to attend. Practices are to be held at City High School from 5:30-7:30PM Monday through Friday. Nick Linck Breaks School Record, Qualifies for Third Trip to State Meet

This Past Friday and Saturday, the OK Rainbow Tier III conference meet for boys swimming and diving saw senior Senior Nick Linck break his own school record in the 100yd freestyle with a time of 49.63 seconds to take second in the event.
